В данной статье мы рассмотрим, что нужно, что бы покрасить колесные диски. Мы рассмотрим вариант покраски колес с помощью баллонов с акриловой краской. В начале данного рассказа, хотелось бы сказать,что лучше проводить работы в маске и перчатках.

И так... 

  1. Первоначально, что нужно сделать - это подготовить колесные диски к покраске. Для этого нам потребуется отчистить диски от грязи. Это можно сделать с помощью теплой воды, моющих средств и щетки с металлическим ворсом.  

  2. После отчисти диска, нам нужно подготовить поверхность, удалив старую краску. Для этого очень хорошо подойдет сскотч брайт. Если есть возможность использовать электрический инструмент, то с помощью абразивного зачистного диска можно ускорить процесс снятия старой краски на плоских поверхностях

  3. После снятия старой краски,  диск можно еще раз помыть, и почистить поверхность обезжиривателем. Можно использовать обезжириватель APP W900.

4. После того, как поверхность обезжирена и отчищена - то нам потребуется акриловая грунтовка в баллоне.  Если у вас диск неразобранный, то советую использовать малярный скотч, что бы не испачкать резину

  1. 5. Грунтовка наносится в 2-3 слоя. Между нанесением слоев, должно произойти полной высыхание грунта.  Если образовались подтеки, то их можно убрать с помощью наждачной бумаги (высокой градацией), или тем же скотчем брайтом.

   6. Следующим этапом у нас - это покраска дисков. Т.к. мы рассматриваем покраску дисков с помощью акриловой краски, то собственно могу предложить вам акриловую краску для дисков. Перед покраской - баллон нужно хорошо встряхнуть. Краску нужно наносить так же, как и грунт, в несколько слоев. 

   7. После покраски, нам останется защитить покрытие дисков с помощью лаков. Т.к. всегда рекомендуется использовать материалы одного производителя, то лучше всего использовать бесцветный лак APP.  Лак желательно наносить не раньше чем через час, после окончания покраски. Наносить лак в несколько слоев, для лучшей защиты.
